Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is hiring Home Health Aides to work 1:1 with Recipients in clients' homes, providing encouragement and helping with skill-building activities. You will also accompany clients into the community to support personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available; we offer paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process to streamline onboarding.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older
