Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a reliable Home Health Aide to provide compassionate, one-to-one support in clients’ homes across Southeast Michigan. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, encourage mobility, and follow care plans to help recipients maintain independence.

You may join on a full- or part-time basis, enjoy a flexible schedule, paid training, and a friendly team culture. The role also offers opportunities to participate in community activities that support clients’

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care and support according to care plans.
• Encourage and assist with skill-building activities for recipients.
• Support clients in community outings to grow personal goals.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
