Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Home Health Aides to provide 1:1 in-home support for recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will work in clients' homes, supporting and encouraging skill-building activities, and helping them participate in community activities to advance personal goals.

We offer full and part-time positions, paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, a virtual interview process, and benefit opportunities to support both recipients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
