Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead after-school programs with a focus on safety, engagement, and learning through structured activities. The role supports site leaders, coaches staff, and ensures daily operations run smoothly during the after-school window.

The ideal candidate will manage attendance, coordinate curriculum, and uphold child-centered safety standards while communicating effectively with families and school partners.

Qualifications

• Experience handling competing priorities while delivering quality service.
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
• Strong communication skills with adults and children.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: support safety standards with staff and ensure policies are followed.
• Safety Assurance: monitor and report on safety protocols to protect participants.
• Effective Communication: engage with families, partners, and children; respond to inquiries during program hours.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain accurate attendance records and check-ins/outs.
• Daily Routine: implement activities and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
