Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in education or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with school-age students preferred.
• Experience with bilingual/bicultural families preferred.
• Experience with program coordination or supervision preferred.
• Experience with curriculum development or educational design preferred.
• Experience with grant-funded programs preferred.
• Experience with budget development or fiscal monitoring preferred.
• Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate programs preferred.
• Proficiency with computer applications, data systems, and reporting tools required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, implementation, and ongoing management of after-school programs.
• Develop and support high-quality academic, enrichment, STEAM, and student support programming.
• Coordinate program schedules, staffing, materials, transportation, and operations.
• Supervise and guide assigned staff and teaching assistants.
• Assist with staff recruitment, orientation, training, scheduling, and performance concerns.
• Coordinate family engagement and ensure culturally and linguistically responsive communication.
• Build relationships with districts, schools, organizations, and partners.
• Manage data collection, monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and compliance.
