Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of a school-based after-school program.
• Manage daily operations and coordinate with school administration and staff.
• Organize program logistics including schedules, space reservations, and supplies.
• Build relationships with the school principal and admin team to integrate NIA staff.
• Maintain attendance data and ensure data entry is timely.
• Assist in interviewing, training, and coaching program staff and volunteers.
• Conduct classroom observations and evaluate staff performance.
• Maintain time and attendance records and student files.
