Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator in Washington state to support before/after school programs. You will plan engaging activities, guide curricula, and foster a safe, joyful learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire learning and healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, updates, progress, and teamwork.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities aligned with program objectives.
• Lead by example with safe, nurturing environment and positive guidance.
• Prioritize safety and joy; document attendance and incidents as required.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
