Right At School is seeking an Educator to support our before and after school programs in Washington. The role focuses on inspiring a love of learning, safety, and engaging activities for students while partnering with schools and families.

Pay rate is $19.00–$21.00 per hour based on education and experience. The team emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and commitment to healthy living for our students.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience working with children under 13 preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Must meet state requirements (Washington) and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Review daily goals and updates in program meetings.
• Organize and lead daily activities and curriculum for kids.
• Lead by example with a safe, nurturing environment.
• Monitor safety, attendance, incidents and observations.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
