Qualifications

• Experience working with children under 13 preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Meet state-specific requirements for Washington.
• First Aid and CPR in-person training required.
• Background check with fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate daily activities and curriculum aligned with program goals.
• Lead structured daily fitness, activities, and age-appropriate instruction.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
