Job summary

Right At School in Massachusetts is seeking an Educator to support before- and after-school programs, delivering daily activities and ensuring a safe, engaging learning environment during morning and afternoon shifts.

Ideal candidates have a passion for helping children, strong customer service, and flexibility. The role offers $16.00-$19.00 per hour with up to 19.17 hours per week and contributes to our mission to inspire a love of learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree; 3 months of experience with school-age children
• High School Diploma or equivalent; 6 months experience incl. 3 months supervised in school-age care
• Nine months experience with school-age children incl. 3 months supervised in school-age care

Responsibilities

• Review goals and updates in daily program meetings
• Organize and lead daily activities and curriculum for the day
• Model a safe, nurturing environment with positive guidance
• Monitor safety, document attendance and incidents
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel
