Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to support before- and after-school programs in a community setting. You will deliver engaging activities, supervise children, and help create a safe, fun environment that aligns with program goals.

Qualifications

• Customer service and relationship-building skills required.
• Team-oriented environment experience encouraged.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years old.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review daily goals and updates in program meetings.
• Prepare activities and curriculum aligned with program objectives.
• Lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum for all ages.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
• Monitor safety, document attendance and incidents, follow safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
