Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking a Part Time Property Manager for affordable housing in Mundelein, IL. Responsibilities include managing staff, leasing, compliance, budgets, and resident relations to ensure safe, compliant, and well-maintained communities.

The role requires HUD/LIHTC knowledge, supervisory experience, and proficiency with MS Office and property management systems. On-site evenings or weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in on-site property management with at least 1 year as a Property Manager in affordable housing.
• Prior supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management & Supervision: hire, train, evaluate site staff and ensure coverage.
• Leasing & Resident Management: maximize occupancy, oversee tenant selection and communications.
• Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: ensure HUD/LIHTC/ADA/fair housing compliance and filings.
• Financial Management: assist with annual budget, monitor expenditures, collect rent and reconcile accounts.
• Operations & Maintenance: supervise maintenance, inspections, vendor management, documentation.
