Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for an adult patient in Phoenix, Mon-Fri 8:00am-1:00pm, with G-tube and Tracheostomy support. Trach experience is required. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• BLS certificate current.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.

Maxim Healthcare in (Phoenix) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with an adult patient in their home who is needing G-tube and Tracheostomy care Monday-Friday from 8:00am-1:00pm. *Previous Trach Experience Required*

Responsibilities
