Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Phoenix is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in a home setting for an adult patient needing G-tube and Tracheostomy care. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm.

Requirements include active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, current TB or Chest X-ray, and current BLS certification. One year of nursing experience is preferred. Perks include competitive pay, health/dental/vision, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Pay: $28 - $32 per hour

Maxim Healthcare in (Phoenix) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with an adult patient in their home who is needing G-tube and Tracheostomy care Monday-Friday from 8:00am-1:00pm.
