Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide pediatric homecare, including G-tube and respiratory care.

The role requires a current LPN/LVN license, BLS certification, and a current TB test or chest X-ray, with prior nursing experience preferred. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered for this position based in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess and respond to physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Document data and nursing diagnoses from health care team communications.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Homecare

Pay: $32 - $35 per hour

Maxim Healthcare in (Phoenix) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with a pediatric patient. This patient is needing G-tube and respiratory care on Thursday nights from 7:00pm-7:00am and Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00am-7:00pm

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
