Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Phoenix is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide homecare for an adult patient needing G-tube care; lifting required; shifts Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.

You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, and deliver care, maintain documentation, and ensure patient safety. LPN/LVN license and BLS are required; one year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X‑ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.

Pay: $28 - $32 per hour

Maxim Healthcare in (Phoenix) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with an adult patient in their home who is needing G-tube care and lifting is required. The shifts are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
