Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide skilled nursing care in a patient’s home in North Carolina. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive team. Both full-time and part-time options are available, with night shifts (11pm–7am) and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X‑Ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services on each assignment per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities
