Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Phoenix is seeking an LPN to care for an adult patient at home, with weekend shifts in Queen Creek from 2p-10p. Position includes Gtube, Trach, and Foley care on Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications include an active LPN/LVN license in the state, current TB or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification. One year of nursing experience is preferred. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect and analyze data and document nursing diagnoses.

Maxim Healthcare in Phoenix is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with an Adult patient in their home. We have weekends available in Queen Creek. The patient is needing Gtube, Trach, and Foley care on Saturday and Sundays from 2p-10p.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
