Job summary

The Salvation Army service extension unit in Marion, Illinois, seeks an Angel Tree Coordinator to partner with Toy Town locations and other agencies to identify families for the Adopt a Family program.

This part-time, temporary role is 15 hours per week with starting pay of $15.00 per hour. You will collect information, match donors to clients, and provide weekly reports on adoptions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational, phone, written communication and data entry skills.
• Ability to research, maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
• Flexible, reliable with own transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Work with Toy Town locations and other agencies to identify qualified families for Adopt a Family.
• Collect information to register qualifying families.
• Gather donors to adopt needy families and individuals.
• Match donors to clients.
• Enter matched families into the database.
• Provide weekly reports on families and donor adoptions.
