Job summary

The Salvation Army in Dallas, TX is seeking a Seasonal Full Time Angel Tree Assistant to support the Christmas Angel Tree program. You will help individuals adopt Angels, provide information, and ensure smooth gift pickup and return processes within a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, assisting donors and volunteers, and delivering courteous service in line with The Salvation Army’s values and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with adopting Angels as part of the Christmas Angel Tree Program.
• Provide information and answers to questions regarding adoption of Angels.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all individuals.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records related to the Angel Tree adoption and gift process.
