The ideal candidate will help grow our school community by sharing our mission, guiding families through the admissions process, and coordinating events such as Open Houses and Shadow Days. A Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in admissions, enrollment, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; FACTS experience is a plus.
• Passion for Catholic education and commitment to the mission of St. Francis Xavier Catholic School.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective families from inquiry through enrollment.
• Conduct campus tours and coordinate admissions events.
• Develop and implement enrollment and recruitment strategies to achieve annual enrollment goals.
• Guide families through the admissions process using FACTS.
• Create and manage admissions marketing materials, social media, and website content.
• Build relationships with parish communities, preschools, local businesses, and community organizations.
• Track admissions data and provide enrollment reports and recommendations.
• Support school advancement, fundraising, and community engagement efforts.
