St. Louis King of France Catholic School is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to lead its admissions and enrollment program, reflecting Catholic identity and mission.

You will serve as the primary ambassador, building relationships with prospective families from inquiry through enrollment, and work under the Director of Development to achieve enrollment goals. You’ll manage tours, events, communications, and the admissions portal, ensuring accurate, brand-consistent information across channels

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Experience in school settings or sales/recruiting/marketing preferred.
• Must submit an Ethics and Integrity in Ministry (EIM) application within the first week of employment and complete a basic abuse prevention training within 30 days, maintaining compliance thereafter.
• Working nights and weekends; ability to manage high to moderate stress; full school day.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the admissions and enrollment program.
• Develop meaningful relationships with prospective families from inquiry through enrollment.
• Plan tours, open houses, shadow visits, orientations for prospective families, and onboarding for new families.
• Coordinate admissions materials, communications, and marketing; maintain admissions portal and reporting.
• Provide input on marketing strategies and collaborate with parish leadership and community partners.
