Qualifications

• Prior front-office, hospitality, customer service, or admission/enrollment experience preferred.
• Database or CRM experience is a plus.
• Self-starter who can take ownership of a project and run with it without micromanagement.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first greeter for all visitors and maintain excellence in first impressions.
• Field and process admission inquiries across three campuses via phone, in person, email, and online channels.
• Guide families through the application and enrollment processes, answering questions about next steps and programs.
• Support admission events, manage requests, coordinate participants, and ensure precise execution.
• Manage admission calendar to ensure a smooth flow of visitors.
• Coordinate on-campus tours and class visits tailored to families' interests.
• Match visiting families with Eagle Hosts and arrange specialized experiences such as tours and Coffee with the Head of School.
• Support the Middle School Admission Director as needed.
• Utilize the admission database to track inquiries and support enrollment through data reporting.
