Job summary

The University of St. Francis is seeking a Communications Coordinator to lead enrollment communications for all student populations.

This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Admissions Operations Manager and drives multichannel campaigns that support recruitment, application completion, and enrollment conversion. Responsibilities include overseeing communication planning, content management, and CRM workflows, ensuring alignment with branding and campus priorities.

Qualifications

• Higher education, marketing, communications or related field experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using a CRM or CIS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment communications strategy across multichannel campaigns.
• Coordinate, deploy, and assess communications in the CRM system.
• Schedule email and SMS campaigns across enrollment stages.
• Manage content blocks, templates, and audience messaging in CRM.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to align branding and priorities.
• Maintain CRM workflows and enrollment communications calendars.
• Provide reporting on campaign performance and opportunities.
