YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties seeks an Administration and Membership Coordinator at the Haselwood Family YMCA in Silverdale, WA. This part-time role delivers leadership for member experience, builds relationships, and uses systems to support the Y's mission.

Requires 3–5 years related experience, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of Daxko Operations/Engage. Weekend availability and background checks are required for employment.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of directly related experience including computer skills, office/administrative support, customer service and sales.
• Proficient in MS Office and database entry.
• Knowledge of Daxko Operations and Engage systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills required.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, sustain and evaluate a branch specific plan for volunteer engagement (recruitment, orientation, development and retention).
• Build relationships and invite volunteers to share time and talent through the Y.
• Manage member feedback using internal systems (comment cards, emails, NPS).
• Act as the registration experience champion for internal and external members.
• Liaise for all branch accounting processes and needs.
