Job summary

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore, a Hilton Corporate Managed hotel, is seeking a Part Time Accounting and Payroll Clerk to support accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting. This on-property, hourly role covers approximately 24 to 26 hours per week.

You’ll help maintain accurate financial records, process payroll, and contribute to monthly closing activities, while upholding Hilton’s renowned hospitality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and payroll processes.
• Familiarity with general accounting practices.
• Ability to work part-time and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential accounting functions across accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting to support financial operations.
• Research and resolve inquiries and disputes with internal and external parties.
• Assist with monthly accounts, month-end tasks, and internal controls over financial data.
• Collaborate with finance and corporate departments.
• Count house banks and verify month-end beverage inventory.
