Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process company invoices, verifying accuracy and ensuring proper approvals.
• Communicate with vendors to answer questions, clarify payment terms, and resolve discrepancies.
• Schedule and process payments according to established invoice terms.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and payment documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Manage petty cash and provide monthly reporting to the accounting department.
• Run job cost reports for sales representatives.
• Assist with monthly reporting and other accounting duties as needed.
