Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive invoices for payment and match to POs and receiving documents.
• Review invoices weekly and select invoices for payment according to terms or management direction.
• Prepare accounts payable reports and maintain accounts payable files.
• Reconcile accounts payable with vendor statements.
• Post check payments and process recurring payments.
