Harrison, Walker & Harper in Paris, TX is seeking a Part Time Accounting Representative to support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. The role focuses on invoicing, vendor payments, and maintaining accurate records.

The starting pay rate is $17–$18 per hour, with a 20-hour weekly schedule and potential growth within the company. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience are required; associates degree is preferred.

Competenze

Mansioni

• Receives invoices for payment and matches to POs and receiving documents.
• Reviews invoices weekly and selects invoices for payment per terms or management direction.
• Prepares accounts payable reports and maintains accounts payable files.
• Reconciles accounts payable with vendor statements and resolves discrepancies.
