Legends Global is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk for the Stockton Complex at Adventist Health Arena. You will support the Finance Department with day-to-day accounting tasks, process invoices, handle payments, and assist with monthly close and audits.

Qualifications

• Must multitask and pay close attention to detail.
• Organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
• Able to work under pressure and produce accurate results.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.
• Experience in accounting, preferably using Sage Accounting software.
• Excellent customer service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Department in day-to-day activities.
• Data entry into accounting software for A/P, A/R, payroll, and general journal entries.
• Code and post vendor invoices, billing and distributing invoices.
• Process Purchase Orders and follow procurement policy.
• Record customer payments by checks, cash, or credit cards.
• Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.
• Organise and maintain filing system; keep records and correspondence.
• Assist in uploading venue information to ASM databases.
• Prepare A/P checks and match invoices with purchase requests.
• Support the Accounting Manager and Director of Finance in monthly statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Audit receipts and disbursements and resolve credit card charge backs.
