Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is looking for a part-time Accounting Clerk to manage financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping. You will assist in accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and data entry, contributing to the financial accuracy of the venue.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and one to three years of relevant experience in accounting, ideally in a food service environment. Compensation ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer general office telephones and provide customer service.
• Create invoices and manage accounts receivable.
• Execute invoice entry and vendor file maintenance for accounts payable.
• Process employee time records for payroll efficiently.
• Assist in producing accurate and timely financial statements.
