Qualifications

• At least two years of progressively responsible bookkeeping, purchasing, or accounting experience.
• Ability to learn and apply policies, procedures, and regulations relevant to account functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping, cashiering, and processing of account documents.
• Process payments from students, faculty, staff, or customers and record them in the database.
• Ensure security of University funds and complete cashier reports.
• Maintain files, proofread, and prepare forms and correspondence; manage records and spreadsheets.
• Provide customer service by explaining bills and policies and resolving questions.
• Uphold HIPAA/FERPA guidelines and university policies in daily tasks.
• Contribute to department goals with accuracy, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
