• Routinely refer customers to Great Southern services and products; use CRM.
• Balance each day’s transactions and verify cash totals; document differences.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately with low POD errors.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with security policies.
• Follow banking regulations and internal policies at all times.
• Maintain regular attendance and professional appearance; communicate clearly in person, phone, or email.
