Wavepoint 3PL is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Clerk to provide onsite accounts payable and receivable support. This role will assist with processing financial transactions, verifying invoices and payments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting general accounting functions.

The position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and experience with AP/AR. Onsite work in Pennsylvania with part-time hours to be discussed.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable, accounts receivable, or accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités
