Walco Tool And Engineering is seeking a detailed-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. The role will primarily support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable billing, along with general accounting and administrative duties.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 30–35 hours per week, with competitive hourly pay and full benefits. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ year of clerical experience, familiarity with AP/AR, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in an office/clerical role.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proficient communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Epicor is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine data entry for accounts payable, billing and accounts receivable.
• Review invoices and billing statements for accuracy; resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and review customer invoices.
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice questions and issues.
• Support month-end close activities.

Pay: $21-$23/hour

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in an office/clerical position
• Previous experience Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
• Experience with Epicor a plus
