Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Books revenue receipts for Many Mansions and its programs.
• Reconciles monthly benefit GL accounts with invoices.
• Enters payroll expenses into Yardi for properties.
• Books property management fees and interfund transactions.
• Assists to reconcile predevelopment costs for new projects.
• Assists in monthly bank reconciliations for Many Mansions.
• Prepares monthly bank reconciliations for bank accounts for third party properties.
• Assists to review GL accounts for third party properties.
