Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Ability to follow SOPs in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail oriented with task prioritization under pressure
• Proactive in taking on responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access and verify identity
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges and proper scans
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor compliance
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries
• Customer & Worker Support: assist on access control and troubleshooting
• Ad hoc access control tasks to support customers
