The role emphasizes a visible security presence and professional customer service. Schedule includes Mon and Fri, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, with a pay rate of $21.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of law enforcement experience, 2+ years of security supervisor/manager experience, or 3+ years of security-related experience.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• A state/county/city-issued security license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required per law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points and review identifications, visitor registrations, and access credentials.
• Control entry/exit activity for employees, visitors, contractors, deliveries, and vendors; maintain access-related records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate contacts or responders.
• Conduct regular/random patrols of entrances, restricted areas, and perimeter to identify unusual conditions and support security operations.
