Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors and staff while following security procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry; maintain visitor logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document relevant details for investigation.
• Perform regular patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, staff and emergency responders.
