Qualifications

• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• A state/county/city-issued security license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required per law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Monitor access points and review identification, visitor registrations, and access credentials in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Control entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, contractors, deliveries, and vendors, maintaining accurate access-related records as required.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, restricted areas, the business, and the perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and support security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience, 2+ years of security supervisor/manager experience, or 3+ years of security-related experience.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
