Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of commercial property areas to deter incidents and report issues.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies according to post orders.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and communicate security information to leadership.
