Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace/defense site.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors per facility requirements.
• Verify identification, issue visitor badges, and maintain records.
• Monitor front-desk communications and report incidents or maintenance concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents following site procedures.
