Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, vendors, and visitors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, vendors, delivery personnel, and visitors.
• Maintain access logs, visitor records, and delivery documents as required.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report concerns to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of retail areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
