Qualifications

• 1 year of security-related experience or more.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per laws.
• Backgrounds considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and management per site procedures and emergency actions.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of property common areas, entrances, lobbies, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity; report unauthorized access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Prepare daily activity reports and incident documentation; communicate security information to leadership and site contacts.
