• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and others at a government location by carrying out access control procedures.
• Verify credentials and monitor access points; maintain visitor logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and unauthorized entry attempts.
• Conduct patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare reports and document visitor activity and shift observations.
