Qualifications

• Customer Service experience or aptitude for assisting visitors and staff.
• Knowledge of site-specific security procedures and emergency responses.
• Ability to verify credentials and manage access in a controlled environment.
• Wamiliarity with documenting security-related incidents and reporting.
• Background checks and drug screening required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and the public while following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, and maintain access-control records.
• Screen and direct visitors, vendors, and deliveries according to entry procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify site contacts and emergency personnel when needed.
• Conduct patrols of entrances, public areas, and perimeter locations to identify security concerns.
