Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Background investigation and drug screen may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors while following site-specific procedures and emergency response activities at government facilities
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, entry points, and perimeters
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and follow access-control procedures
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain logs for patrols, incidents, and visitor activity
