Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, and visitors at a utility location, following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain access records, and report discrepancies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document events.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Follow procedures for restricted areas, deliveries, and movement of employees or contractors.
