Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Access Control in Junction City, KS. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and help maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while following site-specific policies and access-control requirements.
• Monitor and control entry/exit points; verify identifications and visitor/contractor access.
• Maintain accurate access-control records per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate information through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
