Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment; licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and employees at a logistics site by following site-specific access-control procedures and security policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify authorized credentials, and maintain visitor/contractor/vehicle entry records.
• Control access to restricted areas, trailer yards, loading zones, and spaces per site requirements.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify site contacts or emergency personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, the business, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and report concerns.
